Kigali offsite continued
We hosted a dinner and drinks
event for our community of
advisors and partners in Rwanda,
with keynote speeches from our
Chairman Dr. Donald Kaberuka,
the CEO of the Rwanda Social
Security Board (RSSB) and the
head of the Kigali International
Finance Centre.

We began three days of events with a
Kigali city bus tour and visit to the
Genocide Memorial, providing
powerful context on Rwanda’s
journey of reconciliation and renewal.
This set the tone for our session
focused on building an inclusive,
ethical firm culture aligned with our
African roots and values.

Our team left Kigali energized and
committed to continue driving our
strategy forward in our core African
markets.
