ESG and impact

ESG policies and governance

Over 2023 we made the following changes to
our policies and governance:

Firmwide ESG and Impact Policy:
– Expanded to combine both ESG and impact in one policy
(previously impact covered separately)
– Expanded to include our firmwide exclusions list (previously
a separate document)
– Expanded our climate strategy and policy Version last updated - August 2023
ESG & IMPACT POLICY

– Made our policy publicly available online WĂŐĞ ͮ ϭ

Firmwide ESMS:
– Streamlined to enhance clarity ESG and Impact Policy Environmental & Social Management System
– Updated our impact methodology and assessment process. Read more
– Our ESG and impact policy is now embedded within the ESMS
– Expanded our section on firmwide ESG governance

Governance:
We are in the process of making enhancements to our firmwide ADMAIUS CAPITAL PARTNERS
Progressing towards
ESGI governance and processes. achieving our impact and
sustainability ambitions
ESG & IMPACT REPORT 2022
This includes introducing new bi-weekly calls with all associates to
track deal ESG corrective actions and value creation plans and to
encourage knowledge sharing, new quarterly senior ESG steering
committee meetings, and a new dedicated ESG slot on our
weekly calls.
Previously a consultant to the Firm, we looked to move our ESG
consultant to a permanent role as our ESG and impact officer.
Together with the investment team the ESG and impact officer
will have responsibility for ensuring effective integration of ESG
and impact within our investment process as outlined in our ESMS.
