ESG and impact
Kigali offsite
In February, the Admaius team
gathered together in Kigali to
align on the Firm’s strategic
priorities, share learnings from
different regions, and foster
stronger team connections
through celebration and
social events.
A dedicated ESG and impact
workshop reinforced the team’s
knowledge of our firmwide ESG
integration processes, and provided
training on our approach to impact,
updates to global ESG regulatory
initiatives and the latest IPCC
Chapter 9 climate change report on
Africa.
We also held sessions on team
building and reflecting together on
ways to protect and enhance our
firm’s culture as we grow.
