The Particle Group (“TPG”) operates in the Testing, Inspection & Certification (TIC) sector. The Company is an international manufacturer and supplier of a wide range of Certified Reference Materials (CRMs), largely for the mining industry.TPG is headquartered in Johannesburg, South Africa and has two operating businesses: AMIS which is based in Johannesburg and generates almost 50% of its revenue from clients in Africa; and CDN, based in Vancouver, Canada, which focuses on clients in the Americas. Commercial and mining labs all over the world use TPG’s products and participate in the Company’s accredited Proficiency Testing Schemes to improve their analytical accuracy. At group level, TPG is overseen by CEO Raksha Naidoo and CFO Kriolin Naidoo. Both of the company’s operating businesses benefit from strong local brands and well-established customer bases.
As a services provider to the mining industry TPG is working hard to support higher ESG standards, and play its role in ensuring sustainable and fully traceable supply chains.
