Yasmine has over five years of experience in private equity and investment banking. She joins Admaius after completing her MBA from Harvard Business School. Prior to this, Yasmine worked as a private equity analyst at Actis, where she invested in and managed a portfolio of assets operating in the education, healthcare, F&B and energy sectors across the Middle East and Africa. She began her career in investment banking at HC Securities & Investment, where she advised leading local and regional companies on raising debt and equity capital. Yasmine also holds a Bachelor of Laws from Cairo University and a Bachelor of Business Administration (Finance) from the American University in Cairo. She is a registered lawyer with the Egyptian Bar Association.
