John Van Wyk

John has over 29 years’ experience in private equity. He is currently serving as chairman of Comcorp Holding Ltd, a financial services business, non executive director at Growthpoint Properties Ltd, independent Investment Committee member of Nedbank Limited, alternate director of Tracker Connect Tracker Technology Holdings Ltd, one the South Africa’s largest vehicle tracking group, and non executive director of International Facilities Services Ltd, a leading African facilities management business. Previously,John was Partner at Actis in charge of Africa where he served as member of the Global PE InvestmentCommittee and chairman of PE Exit Committee.
